How our process works...

Step 1

• Fill out the questionnaire below.
• We will call you to consult before starting your case.

Step 2

• We will prepare and file your documents with the court.
• We will set up and attend the hearing with you to get you named as the executor.
• The hearing is usually about 4 weeks after the filing date.

Step 3

• You will be in charge of the estate to handle and close all matters.
• We'll be available if you need us.
